Google Multiplex Ad

Google Multiplex Ad

Google has a new ad that is a content recommendation widget you can add to your site. The widget is responsive to all formats and provides layouts automatically based on the width of the element containing the unit. When adding this to your site, you will need to follow the example below and use CSS to set constraints on the width of this unit. By default, we have added a style property to the HTML as an example. Though this will work, we recommend using CSS to set various widths depending on the device type.

Example Multiplex Ad Code (Freestar Format)

<!-- Tag ID: sitename_multiplex_ad -->
<!-- Example wrapper div with max-width property set to contain the ad -->
<div class="multiplex-holder-div" style="max-width:970px;">
  <div align="center" id="sitename_multiplex_ad">
    <script data-cfasync="false" type="text/javascript">
        freestar.config.enabled_slots.push({ placementName: "sitename_multiplex_ad", slotId: "sitename_multiplex_ad" });
    </script>
  </div>
</div>
