Process for Reporting Bad Ads

This is when you are fully live and you already have a block list in place. 

1. Gather as much information as possible.  Screengrab or HAR file, click-thru URL, the page it was found on,  device, OS, geo

2. See if the offending advertiser is already on their block list or in the standard or sensitive protections list in GAM.  Grab Publisher IAB category ID.
